OVERVIEW
 
The Franklin started with an empty homesite in a mature neighborhood in the Franklin Park area of Pittsburgh. This busy family was looking for their forever home and wanted to have a lot of control over not only the layout of the home but also the interiors. They were perfect candidates for a true custom home build. The spacious layout was designed to grow with the family with multiple flex rooms planned in on all floors including a potential full time bedroom on the main floor if ever needed.
 
The clients had a very clear vision on their aesthetic and made all of their design selections themselves with our in house Design Manager. The home is a great mix of elegant, soft and timeless design with some fun pops of colors, patterns and (our favorite) a brooding and moody theatre room.
