OVERVIEW

This home was originally planned and started as a speculative build. We had our eyes on this particular homesite when it first came on the market but it was sold to a different party! As luck would have it the recent buyer had a change of situation and they reached out to see if we were still interested. YES!

Our original design was a modified version of our past Brentworth plan. The exterior was given a more transitional front and we added exposed beams and vaulted areas to the rear of the home. The interior was given a scullery, curved stairs, and a full finished basement to name a few!

The joke internally at Milestone is that we never get to finish a speculative build! This one was no different. The client came to us prior even to any advertising and while we were just into foundation.
